ABOUTEach year the Society presents an award at its Annual Meeting to recognize an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the health care of older adults in Canada. We are seeking nominations for the Ronald Cape Distinguished Service Award.
DEADLINE Nominations must be submitted no later than January 16, 2023.
NOMINATION PROCESS To make a nomination, please complete the nomination form and send it in to cgs@secretariatcentral.com. Receipt of the email will be acknowledged. Please note: All documents should be submitted in English, or an English translation must be provided. CGS Awards Committee will review applications and recommend a recipient for the award to the CGS Executive. If there are no suitable winners, the committee reserves the right not to present the award in any given year.
RECOGNITION OF THE RECIPIENT The award winner will be announced at the CGS Annual Scientific Meeting held at The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia from April 13 – 15, 2023. The recipient will receive complimentary registration to the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting.

À propos Chaque année, la Société canadienne de gériatrie remet un prix lors de sa Réunion scientifique annuelle pour reconnaître une personne qui a apporté une contribution exceptionnelle aux soins de santé des personnes âgées au Canada. Nous acceptons les mises en candidature pour le Prix de service émérite Ronald Cape.
Date limite Les candidatures doivent être envoyées au plus tard le 16 janvier 2023.

Processus de mise en candidature
Reconnaissance du lauréat Le lauréat sera annoncé lors de la Réunion scientifique annuelle de la SCG qui aura lieu au Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre à Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique, du 13 au 15 avril 2023. Le lauréat recevra une inscription gratuite à la Réunion scientifique annuelle de 2023 de la SCG.
