Ronald Cape Distinguished Service Award
ABOUT
Each year the Society presents an award at its Annual Meeting to recognize an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the health care of older adults in Canada. We are seeking nominations for the Ronald Cape Distinguished Service Award.

NOMINATION PROCESS
To make a nomination, please complete the form and send it to cgs@secretariatcentral.com. Receipt of the email will be acknowledged.

SELECTION PROCESS
CGS Awards Committee will review applications and recommend a recipient for the award to the CGS Executive. If there are no suitable winners, the committee reserves the right not to present the award in any given year.
RECOGNITION OF THE RECIPIENT
The award winner will be announced at the CGS Annual Scientific Meeting held at The Westin Calgary, in Calgary, Alberta from April 25-27, 2024. The recipient will receive complimentary registration to the 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting.

Chaque année, la Société canadienne de gériatrie remet un prix lors de sa Réunion scientifique annuelle pour reconnaître une personne qui a apporté une contribution exceptionnelle aux soins de santé des personnes âgées au Canada. Nous acceptons les mises en candidature pour le Prix de service émérite Ronald Cape.
Date limite
Les candidatures doivent être envoyées au plus tard le 15 janvier 2024.
Processus de mise en candidature
Pour proposer un candidat, veuillez remplir le formulaire de mise en candidature et l’envoyer à cgs@secretariatcentral.com. Vous recevrez un accusé de réception.
Remarque : Tous les documents doivent être soumis en anglais, ou une traduction doit être fournie.
Processus de mise en candidature
Le comité des bourses examinera les candidatures et recommandera un lauréat à l'exécutif de la SCG. S'il n'y a pas de lauréats appropriés, le comité se réserve le droit de ne pas remettre la bourse au cours d'une année donnée.
Reconnaissance du lauréat
Le lauréat du prix sera annoncé lors de la réunion scientifique annuelle 2024 de la SCG, au Westin Calgary, à Calgary, en Alberta. Le récipiendaire recevra une inscription gratuite à la réunion scientifique annuelle 2024.
