Poster Abstract Details

All notifications have now been sent. If you have not received a notification, please check your junk mail and / or email events@secretariatcentral.com. The email notice was sent only to the main contact as indicated on your abstract submission. It is the responsibility of the main contact to ensure all presenters are aware of the guidelines and are registered for the ASM.

If you are no longer able to present, please withdraw no later than March 15, 2023.

Poster Dimensions
The printed poster must be no larger than 3.5 feet wide x 5 feet tall (per diagram).

Registration
Poster presenters are required to register and attend the CGS ASM. We recommend that you register no later than Sunday, March 5, 2023, to take advantage of the Early Bird registration rate!

Schedule
Poster presenters must be present at their poster location to answer questions during dedicated poster viewings.

Poster Set Up and Removal

Poster Set Up: Friday, April 14, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Poster Removal: Saturday, April 15 at 1:40 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
